Switzerland and its dychotomies.

Hello! This is my very first post in this blog on Switzerland. I arrived here a week ago, and during this past week I have travelled a lot. I visited many museums and I walked a lot. I believe that it is better to walk a city rather than hiring a city tour, because by walking, you can listen to native speakers, how they behave to each other, what they eat, what they look like.... also, you can see different neighbourhoods and houses that seem "typically Swiss"
So, my tip is to go to the nearest "Tourist Information" agency (which are generally located in the Hauptbahnhof), get a map with the main landmarks, museums, and other buildings, and walk. Since I travel here alone, I walk listening to the radio, and I somehow can connect the music I hear to the place I visit.
anyways, this week I was in Bern, Lausanne, Zurich, Basel, Luzern and Fribourg. The landscapes in each of these cities are unbelievable to the eyes. They are amazing, I was actually overwhelmed in some ocassions. One of the many things that are interesting to notice (at least for me) is how the "old" and the "new" and how "nature" and say "architecture"
